The “Habite ton corps” program

Regain confidence in your body without forcing

What if your body was not an object to repair… but a living memory to listen to?

“Habite ton corps” (Inhabit your body) is a somatic movement and fascia-based program for those who have lived in their head for too long, or who believed their body was too fragile, too stiff or too tired to change.

What you will experience…

We do not impose a shape on the body. We awaken its intelligence. Movement starts from the senses, from micro-adjustments, from the organic dance that already lives in you.

It is not a dance to learn, nor a choreography to perfect. It is a way of inhabiting your body as a living territory, filled with stories, memories and resources.

Individual FASCIA Dance

Fascia Dance is a somatic movement and fascia-based practice to find a freer body and develop a natural flow. You don’t feel comfortable in a group class? You have a physical specificity that requires individual support? You want to deepen your practice at your own pace?

I offer individual sessions, online or in person (in Ibiza, Paris, Madrid). These supports are tailor-made, adapted to your needs. To make a request, contact me specifying: your intention or need, your availability, the format you wish (online or in person). I will get back to you to tell you if I can accompany you.

In person in Ibiza, or online.

You may recognise yourself in this path…

You regularly see a physiotherapist or osteopath, you work on your posture, you do exercises and stretches to find relief. It helps for a while… and then the tension comes back.

You take care of your body. Yoga has given you a lot, but you feel it is no longer enough. You need to create a real relationship with your body. You sense that a finer, more sensitive approach is needed, one that starts from within.

The practice offers exactly that: moving from a body you maintain to a body you inhabit as a living memory.

They say it better than me…

“In a few minutes, I can relieve my pain by myself. I found the freedom, the agility and the innocence of a child. I am 62.”

“My body knows what to do again, without forcing. I gained suppleness, fluidity, and I can relax much faster.”

“Even from a distance, you feel everything. The body responds. It is like a self-massage of the fascia: it unwinds, it stretches, it becomes more supple. A unique and transformative experience!”

“Letting go is at the heart of the experience, and Nathalie guides with impressive delicacy and intuition.” — Laurène

“The classes are a weekly bubble of wellbeing. When I don’t feel well, I think of it and I know that after the session I will feel better. It is like resetting the counters for me.” — Cécile
